7/29.2013愛曼達終於把寶寶在紐約upper east side 的 mount sinai 醫院生出來了！他是一隻小獅子座寶寶  Brandon. 

產後一個月就得知紐約最有名的一間精品showroom = 給各大高級品牌辦sample sale 的場地 "Soiffer Haskin"位於 317 West 33rd Street, NYC (靠近 8th Avenue) 有英國皮件品牌ＭＵＩＢＥＲＲＹ自2008年辦過一次折扣拍賣以來暌違五年後第二次舉辦！只有三天9/10-9/12,2013.所有現場的商品是原價打三折！yes! it is 70% OFF RETAIL PRICES ,Women's  Handbags,  Small Leather Goods, Belts, Scarves and Clothing Also a selection of: Men's Leather Goods and Accessories.

我這個一個月的新手媽媽就狠下心把寶寶丟給別人顧也要去瞧瞧～買到了一個medium dorset teddy tiger tote (us $730 after discount is us $219) 還有slim coin purse ,color:Oak (us $300 after discount is us $90) !真的划算又很享受買到超低折扣精品的樂趣！雖然短短停留一個小時就衝回家顧小寶寶～但心裡只有一個念頭～ ＩLove NYC ！

Mulberry 2013秋冬的新款由最近火紅的 it model "Cara Delevingne"廣告代言，除了其中我認為也即將變成it bag 的Suffolk包有著復古典雅的boxy 造型,金屬的鑲邊和經典的Mulberry 金色logo轉釦,不費吹灰之力的輕鬆展現傳統英式優雅之外我還找到幾樣合我胃口的單品！這個英國老牌的創造力還是令人期待

8 months belly ?!?!

我肚子都八個月了= baby再一個月就要出來探險世界了!就一般要生了的孕婦而言，肚子有點顯小的我連醫生都說要好好照個仔細的超音波瞧瞧。美國超音波不是人人每次產檢都能看，要看你醫生配合的保險公司的cover 的次數。通常整個孕期只有兩次，超過的要自費...所以我的產檢都是量個體重，測個血壓,聽聽寶寶心跳而已@@！以八個月的肚子來說是有覺得寶寶沒有很大隻，但他倒是踢我踢的很大力！常常表演回旋踢。希望他健康強壯之餘還是求他不要把我踢的那麼痛！

雖然下個月要生了，我還是海灘下水，rooftop 曬太陽 !心情愉快最重要！

Prepare for new born baby's room

愛曼達還有兩個多月才要生baby，但已經要好好準備baby的食衣住行了〜 看到漂亮的baby家具用品都很開心（尤其最近看到Tatler雜誌以英國皇室將出生的寶寶為主題拍的封面,更讓我有動力準備）

我心目中的首選是美國設計品牌

Restoration Hardware !同時擁有摩登的簡單設計但華麗的細節點綴，是我最喜歡的modern rustic style.

Beach week in Outer Banks.NC.

因為老公的MBA 畢業了～他們的學校UVA 在 OuterBanks (also known as OBX) , North Carolina 辦了一個禮拜的beach week . 這裡是長320-km 的一個長窄型島嶼就在virginia beach 下面，跟virginia beach（以觀光客為主的海灘） 不同的地方是這裡都是family style出租一整棟house，一整間渡假屋有5-6間房間，三層樓高，廚房，游泳池，撞球間，應有盡有！

ＰＳ.愛曼達已經懷孕六個月摟～～我會開始分享當孕婦的穿搭～～當孕婦除了要穿的舒服也要有自己的style.不推薦購買所謂的孕婦裝（孕婦裝的設計讓身材比例變得很怪以外,生完寶寶就不會再穿了,一點都不符合經濟效益!）

Kitty Hawk, North Carolina 這裡是萊特兄弟（Wright brothers）測試人體滑翔機的地方，試驗的飛場最好要有穩定的微風和便於著陸的沙地。這裡天氣穩定且地點遠離塵囂，他們可以免受多事記者們的騷擾專心發明。這裡就是現在可以上Hand Gliding 課的地方,微微的徐風和軟綿綿的細沙～用身體降落在上面不會很痛! （但是用肚子著地降落, 孕婦是不能玩的拉...殘念！！！)環境意外的很舒適〜比海邊還漂亮!

困在維吉尼亜州(Virginia)也沒有那麼糟 Part 1. Architecture & Food

愛曼達結婚以後，每兩個禮拜就要從紐約去維吉尼亞州探望在University of Virginia 念MBA 的老公。這裡位於Charlottesville city是一個大學城，每個遇到的人不是學生就是教授，這裡的人每天都穿西裝， Ralph Lauren Polo 或J crew (就是所謂的Preppy looks), 這個出了8個美國總統的州是個很傳統的南方白人地方。

這裡的建築是典型的American colonial architecture.就是受到1600到19th世紀這個時期殖民風格的影響,擁有 First Period English (late-medieval), French Colonial, Spanish Colonial, Dutch Colonial and Georgian的Ｍix&match style.

這裡的特色美食是帶有濃濃法國味的美式料理,推薦兩家我覺的精緻又美味的餐廳（ Décor和氣氛很飽和！100%搭配homemade溫馨的法式料理）第一家是吃 bistro style brunch的French Virginia style fine-dining “l'etoile Restaurant“ 採用新鮮的local farmer材料,特選酒單和特色甜點.一餐吃完真的飽到晚上九點

另外一家是吃locally-inspired seasonal American cuisine, "The IVY INN restaurant".比起重醬汁的法式料理，這個新美式比較清爽但口味還是新鮮濃郁！很適合晚餐吃〜我要吃了！才不管拍照美不美嘞！yummy~~~~

2011年,愛曼達在舊金山念碩士的時候主修是Fashion Journalism,我的畢業論文是要拍出六到十組不同主題風格的雜誌編輯.我一個人身兼造型師（model 全身衣服配件行頭都要自己採買）和總編輯（彩妝師,髮型師和專門拍fashion的欇影師都要靠自己去找及連絡溝通出我要的效果來說故事,還要找到studio棚拍或適合的場地外拍～畢業前那半年就是忙翻天！但我很開心跟不同國籍的同學一起創作合作～這是我到現在最懷念的一段念書時光！

Concept:

These black-and- white photos are inspired byGerman-Australian photographer Helmut Newton's 1952 portrait of Laurel Martyn (Australian ballerina).

 I want to represent a gorgeous lady with an attractive personality.Each photois a portraitof Tory who is a model from LOOK modeling agency. She knows how to do elegant andglamorous modeling. At the same time, she presents the outfit and jewelryin a contemporary way.

Concept:

This is an editorial photo shoot for EllE magazine’s2011 fall issue. EllE magazine is focused on what'shappening in fashion, from upcoming designers, what celebrities are wearing towhere to find the season's hottest trends. Ibring a new trendof 2011, bright colors, into this night photo shoot. Thedifferent city lights at night play with the bright color clothes to create a dynamicvisual. Rope andbead details in the clothes with gold, green and red are motifs of Chinatown.

Concept:

This is an editorial photo shoot for Zink magazine’s 2011 summer issue. Zink is an American magazine that showcases emergingand reinvented talent in the world of international fashion, beauty, design,art and entertainment. They have an edgy look. I chose designer like clothes, almost monochromaticcolors (gray, black and blue). At the same time, I used line and light, geometryand architecture as elements to emphasize the hand-made silver jewelrywhich is from an AAU student jewelry designer, EugeneHuang.

Lovers in 1920 (my styling works)

Concept:

This isa vintage photo shoot. I’m telling a love story which happened in 1920.The gentlemanis falling in love with a young actress. Theactress iswearing a box cut silhouette with beaded evening gown and stage-like makeup:bold lipstick, thin eyebrows, strong eye shadow. They meet at a hotel, and the gentleman is following her from lobby to ballroom. In the end theyare leaving together.

Concept:

Mr.Antonino is my friend’s friend. He is an Italian DJ who is studying in San Francisco. He has a veryinteresting face and charming personality. I present him in a moody and subtleway. I want audiences to feel like they’re watching a movie. Audiences have to figure out what is happening in the story. Is itan Italian gangster story or a lonely man’sjournal?

Concept:

 Thisis an editorial photo shoot for i-D magazine. I bring Spring/Summer2011 fashion trends such as flower and sorbet colors,silks and satins, into this editorial photo shoot. I highlight the theme of "Freedom". Ipresent this shoot in a modern dance style. I’m showing dynamicand graphic shapes from the body movements ofthe model, who has a slim body and a balletbackground.
